oh a file keeps poping up in the search and destroy scanner and i keep fixing it but it seems to multiply so what do i do

I was recently attacked by a virus known as Antivirus Spyware 2008 XP. I had to reformat my computer with a person over the phone, which cost about 100 bucks. But now that I know about spybot and how to use it, I think I’ll be able to avoid wasting 100 bucks. Thanks for the upload man.
